Northcentral University's 100% online Master of Business Administration program prepares Learners to advance to higher levels of leadership in business. Advanced coverage of classic and contemporary theory in business administration is blended with key practical skills managers need to succeed. NCU's MBA program is structured to present managers and prospective managers with the conceptual overview of modern theory and practice in each of the key areas of managerial responsibility. The Learner is encouraged to integrate formal academic learning with business related experiential learning so that meaningful personalized learning results.
The MBA is offered by NCU in 21 areas of specialization — specializations were developed so our Learners could elect to focus in depth on a particular aspect of the Business discipline. Learners who complete 18 semester credit hours in an area of specialization may have that specialization recorded on their diplomas. A specialization is not required.
